BOUNDARY SURVEY: Boundary survey will be provided in accordance with the Louisiana Minimum Standards for Property Boundary Surveys. The survey will include monumenting the property corners and location of the existing structures on the property. A survey plat will be provided to indicate the location of the monuments & structures.

ALTA SURVEY: Alta Surveys will be provided in accordance with the requirements of ALTA/ACSM/NSPS. Optional items will be provided as indicated in the survey request.

ELEVATION CERTIFICATES: Elevations for flood insurance will be furnished on the current FEMA elevation certificate.

BUILDER'S PACKAGE: A builder's package will provide several of the services needed for construction of a new home or commercial building. The services could include:

A construction benchmark will be established at the site. The mark will be referenced to monuments set by NGS and to the latest Flood Insurance Rate Map for the area. The benchmark and its elevation will be as described on the Construction Benchmark Certificate.
An elevation of the top of forms will be provided. The certificate will reflect the elevation of the forms at the time of the survey. The certificate will be provided to the city or parish by FAX with certified copies to the owner. The certificate is to report only the elevation of the forms and makes no statement as to the horizontal location of the forms.

A Slab Elevation Certificate will be provided after pouring of the concrete slab. The certificate will reflect the elevation of the slab at the time of the survey. The certificate will be mailed or available for pick up by the owner. The survey plat will be revised to indicate the location of the slab at the time of the survey. Certified copies will be provided to the owner.
For structures located in a flood zone, the S.E.C. will be provided after completion of construction.

NO WORK AFFIDAVIT: A no work affidavit is provided prior to start of construction. It is intended to state that work has not started and materials have not been delivered to the site.

TOPOGRAPHIC SURVEYS: In addition to a boundary survey, a "topo" survey could include location all visible features on the property, ground elevations at a specified grid, information on adjacent roadways, and information on utilities serving the property.

CONSTRUCTION LAYOUT: The layout for construction of buildings, roadway, and utilities will be provided. This may include horizontal and vertical controls. piliry, stakeouts, or other services as requested.
